About Middletree -
"I have always loved the ambiance created by a glowing candle, especially smelling it's delicious fragrance as it fills the house. After having my first child and facing the usual budgetary restraints that can come from one income, spending a small fortune every few weeks on purchasing my favourite candles to decorate the family home was no longer an option. Having resorted to cheap substitutes that were falling short of my expectations, I was motivated to look into other options. I wanted to produce an affordable yet luxurious candle range, without the exy price tags often seen in stores, and all without compromising on quality. About our candles, tea lights and melts -
All of our candles, tea lights and melts use lead free wicks and 100% premium soy wax, are hand poured and crafted on the NSW Central Coast. They are triple scented and available for viewing or purchasing by appointment only.
Why Soy Wax?
Soy wax is a completely natural, biodegradable and renewable candle wax that releases fragrance naturally and for longer (scent throw). Soy wax candles last for approximately 25-50% longer than other candles, making them bank account friendly. It is also water soluble, allowing Middletree to happily offer our 'Middletree, Refill Me' service.
What is the 'Middletree, Refill Me' service?
Middletree believe in being environmentally friendly, and as such, are pleased to offer a refill option. Bring or post your empty Middletree purchased candle jar back to us, and for a small fee, we can refill your jar either with the same scent or with a completely new one.
Postage -
All orders under 3kg can be posted within NSW for an additional $10 fee. For any orders greater than 3kg in total, to be sent interstate or by Express or Registered Post, additional charges will apply and can be discussed before purchasing.
Returns -
Returns are only available for unused products returned within 7 days of purchase. In this instance, either a straight swap or a store credit will apply. Any return postage will be covered by the customer. Should there be a fault with or you receive an incorrect product due to the error of Middletree, we will cover all costs associated with a replacement. We are not responsible for any damage during transit or unreceived goods. Should you wish to take out insurance, tracking or registered post on your order, this is possible for an additional charge.
Candle, tea light and melt warning -
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid exposure to draft and direct sunlight. Never burn candles on or near anything flammable. Always place on a stable, level and heat resistant surface. Handle with care as container and wax may become hot. Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm before or after each burn to prevent smoke and large flame. Always store in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight. All our candles are hand poured and crafted in Australia, made with 100% premium soy wax, triple scented and use lead free wicks.
